- Post(orZIP)code (first half).
- Date (or range of dates) of action for which you want to confess.
- Date of confession (and dates you are renewing the confession).
- Your first name (or initial).
- What you did.
- What you are feeling now about what you did then.
- What unmet needs you did not meet when you did what you did (e.g. safety, trust, care, freedom –see UniversalNeeds).
- What you want to know to about the people reading the confession (e.g. to have your confession acknowledged, ask for someone who shares e.g. a city or a religion to add this anonymous information).
